The Fototeca Regionale contains almost 5,000 photographic reproductions of works of art from the collections of the Musei Civici di Treviso.
The photographs document paintings, sculptures, drawings, prints, archaeological finds, furniture and applied art objects that at the time of the photographic campaign were held by the Luigi Bailo Museum in Treviso. Approximately 800 photographs document wrought-iron objects, such as keys, door knockers, lamp holders and andirons. There are also over 1,000 photographs of medals and coins from the museum's numismatic collection.
The photographs were taken between 1975 and 1978, during the museum directorship of Luigi Menegazzi (1960-1978).
